Tooks few days, finally done the deal. It is great solution, still use Office Live Basics email function. Very easy to use.  Now you can define your own form to take survey, order by form etc. Enjoy!

  1. It is cool, I searched long time for it. Thanks.

One question, can you tell us how it exactly work?

  2. it is simple, but not easy. The solution still use “Contact us” form, just plays some javascript code to hide the form, collects all your custom fields into Message Textarea. So most beautiful thing is still keep your email address safe and seamless integerated with “Contact Us”.
